What does a loop audit involve?
A short, focused engagement. We talk to the people who do the work, map where the hours go and hand you a ranked list of loops to close, each with the time it costs today and what it would take to fix.
Do we need to change our tools?
No. We build around the tools you already use: your CRM, WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets and accounting software. If something genuinely needs replacing, we'll tell you why before you spend anything.
Will the AI talk to our customers without us knowing?
Only if you want it to. You choose what an agent can do on its own and what needs a person to approve it first. Every action is logged, and you can pause any agent at any time.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Accounts, data and workflows are set up in your name, and we train your team so they're confident running everything day to day.
How long until something is live?
We aim to have your first loop live within a few weeks of the audit. The exact timeline depends on the tools involved, and we agree it with you before work starts.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes. We're based in Dubai and work with businesses across the UAE and the wider GCC, in person or remotely.
