Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our CRM (Flowlu). Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Both may process data outside the UAE under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to [24 months] after our last contact, unless we become a client, in which case contract records are kept as the law requires.
Your rights
